Step 1. Collating the elements for your ad

Before submitting the elements required for your ad, ensure you have all the files needed ready to go (for example ad copy, logos and images), plus the ad number of any previous ads you would like to use elements from.  If you are unsure of a previous ad number you can find it by using the search button and including Archived Ads in your search.

Step 2. Accessing AdTracker

Prior to the run date of your booked ad, you will receive an upcoming booking email from creativeservices@stuff.co.nz containing a link to submit files within AdTracker.  Click on this link and you will be taken directly to your booking.

Alternatively, should you have multiple bookings you are wanting to view, you can do so by logging into AdTracker with the username and password provided within the same email.

Step 3.  Uploading your ad elements

Click submit files and the new file submission window will appear.

If you’d like to base your ad on a previous one or use elements from it, enter the ad number ID in the pickup from field and click add pickup. You can attach up to 5 previous ads..

If you’re looking for design inspiration you can use the get creative ideas button to browse templates that can be customised for your requirements.

Click select files and browse and select all elements that are needed to create your ad (for example copy, logos, images). Alternatively you can drag them into the drop files here section.

Click next.

On the details about this ad page you will be asked what level of design input is required.  There are 3 options.

  • No design (for example if you’re repeating a previous ad with very minor changes),
  • Some design
  • Full design 

When some design or full design are selected, further questions will be displayed for you to answer. Once you have completed the questions click next.

If you have any instructions to give the designer (for example replace the image with the new one attached), these can be added in the instructions for this ad field.

Click Next.

A summary page will display, where you can check the details that will be submitted to the designer. You can also click the add this ad to my watchlist button if you wish. If everything is captured, click submit to complete the process.

A link to view your proof will be emailed once your ad has been created. You can expect to receive this within 24 hours.
