Recruiters and employers celebrate return of Best Places to Work
Almost a decade after Aotearoa’s most popular workplace survey was put on pause, Best Places to Work is back, with new commercial opportunities for employers and recruiters seeking top-quality candidates.
The Best Places to Work programme was started in the early 2000s to recognise and celebrate Kiwi businesses that are delivering extraordinary employee experiences. This year stuff.co.nz - the country’s largest digital news site - and Caffeine have teamed up to drive the national survey and awards, with stories, videos, survey results and winners all featured in a dedicated content hub.
The survey was designed in collaboration with Humankind, TRA and EMA with the results going towards identifying New Zealand’s best-performing workplaces. Award categories include wellness, diversity and inclusion, innovation, tools and tech, and work/life balance.
There will also be a masterclass workshop series to bring together industry experts, leaders and award winners who share a passion for employee engagement.
Stuff Group Brand Connections Managing Director Matt Headland says Best Places to Work is the one survey Kiwi employees and employers can’t afford to miss and this year’s content hub offers excellent integration opportunities across stuff.co.nz.
“The Best Places to Work content hub is a great platform for businesses to build their employer brand and reputation as an exceptional place to work. It will connect recruiters and companies with jobseekers looking for the best workplaces in the country and to other companies that share their values.”
Advertising packages have been developed for companies and recruiters to tell their stories to potential candidates on the Best Places to Work content hub and across stuff.co.nz, reaching the largest digital news audience in New Zealand.
Best Places to Work CEO Julie Gill says she looks forward to recognising, celebrating, and cultivating excellence in employee experience: “We want to make New Zealand the best place to work for all. Participating in Best Places to Work not only showcases your commitment to employee satisfaction, it also provides data to help optimise your employee experience, and can serve as a powerful tool to help attract and retain top talent.”
