Why should someone list with you? What makes you someone of value? What do you stand for? At Stuff, we see many skilled agents who put little to no thought into personal branding. It may be humility, or maybe they genuinely don’t know what makes them unique.

Take some time to yourself to reflect on the questions below:

Do you have a personal brand?
What is your ethos/or mission statement?
What do you believe makes you unique?
What services do you want to offer?
When people hear your name what do you believe are the first 3 things that come to mind? Why?
What do you want people to feel when they think about you as an agent?
What inspired you to start your real estate business?
Who is your target market?


Only when you have answers to the above questions, will you be able to ensure your brand marketing spend is aligned with your objectives!
