Recruiters and employers celebrate return of Best Places to Work
Almost a decade after Aotearoa's most popular workplace survey was put on pause, Best Places to Work is back, with new commercial opportunities for employers and recruiters seeking top-quality candidates.
The Best Places to Work programme was started in the early 2000s to recognise and celebrate Kiwi businesses that are delivering extraordinary employee experiences. This year stuff.co.nz and Caffeine have teamed up to drive the national survey and awards.
The survey was designed in collaboration with Humankind, TRA and EMA with the results going towards identifying New Zealand's best-performing workplaces. Award categories include wellness, diversity and inclusion, innovation, tools and tech, and work/life balance.
Stuff Group Brand Connections Managing Director Matt Headland says the Best Places to Work content hub is a great platform for businesses to build their employer brand.
