TFN (The F#$%ing News) is Paddy Gower's video and audio program featuring interviews with notable New Zealanders.

The show aims to help "Kiwis feel great about their country." It was developed with Jon Bridges, known for Paddy Gower Has Issues and 7 Days.

TFN launched on stuff.co.nz and social media platforms in September 2024.
