TFN (The F#$%ing News) is a 30-minute weekly show airing every Wednesday at 5am on stuff.co.nz, YouTube, and podcast platforms.

Created with Jon Bridges (7 Days, Paddy Gower Has Issues), the show features Gower's distinctive take on the news.

Gower says: "I want everyone to feel great about this awesome country." Matt Headland notes Gower reaches audiences from "news avoidant to news junkies."
