Trade Me invests in Stuff Digital Ltd

Trade Me has acquired a 50% stake in Stuff Digital Ltd. Sinead Boucher chairs the board with casting vote and equal representation from both organisations.

Anders Skoe, Trade Me CEO, joins the board. Editorial independence is maintained under the agreement.

The property section will rebrand as Trade Me Property with shared listings. The 50% stake excludes Masthead Publishing, Events, and Neighbourly.

The deal is subject to standard conditions.
