Display advertising sizes
Stuff Newspapers use a modular advertising system for display (or run of paper) advertising, based on standard fixed sizes and shapes.
The Weekend editions of Stuff’s metropolitan/daily newspapers are published in a broadsheet format, using a 12x12 modular advertising grid

Premium Position
Premium positions, such as specific pages, sections and solus spots, are available subject to availability and will incur a loading of 25 - 50%.
Frequency discount
Frequency discounts of up to 40% are available, based on a combination of campaign length and number of ad placements.
Cancellation Fees
Depending on the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the advertisement cost applies to any advertisements cancelled after the booking deadline has passed.
Commission
Commission of 10% is payable on the above rates to agencies accredited with the PMAA.

- Sizing dps: Ensure the gutter/centre line is free of type, logos and important elements (5mm minimum clearance either side to the centre line is recommended). Due to the variable nature of the binding process, we can accept no responsibility for any lack of alignment of elements that cross the centre line. Must be supplied as one single page PDF.
- Sizing non bleed: When supplying your advertisement, please ensure that your PDF is the same size as the booking size. Registration and trim marks are not required.
- Binding method: N/A
- Pdf creation: Print ready advertisements for publication within Stuff’s products must be supplied in PDF file format — version 1.3. PDF files higher than version 1.3 are not supported. PDF files must be created with a PostScript compatible application such as lnDesign, Illustrator or QuarkXPress. PDFs created from Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint or Adobe Photoshop are NOT acceptable. Adobe Photoshop should be used for image manipulation only. Advertisements must be supplied as separate, single page PDFs.
